I've had the pleasure of working with Central Valley Transcription since March, 2006 and it truly has been a pleasure. I have been dictating radiographic reports for 30 years and have found the only thing better than CVT is having my secretary in the next room to type reports. Uploading dictation to CVT is quick and easy. The reports are back the next morning, ready to print and sign. And the reports are great! No typos, spelling errors or punctuation errors. And this in spite of the medical terminology often used and my less than clear dictation.
Bottom line, I really like this group. They are a genuine pleasure to work with.

I have used Central Valley Transcription service since June of 2004 I'm extremely impressed with their quality of work, extemely fast turn-around time and lack of errors. The secure web site is very user friendly with easy downloading and editing capabilities. Additionally, the audio and written archival system is quite impressive. This service has allowed me to increase my caseload and improve my quality of life. I would recommend this service to anyone in the medical profession, especially Radiologists.

I am writing this letter in recommendation of the Central Valley Transcription service. I have used this service since October 2004 and have been very pleased with it.
I have a busy mobile practice, and their service has enabled me to significantly increase my caseload. Both the web-based audio uploads and the toll-free voice dictation line allow me to transcribe from anywhere. The turn-around time is very good (<24 hours in most cases), and their accuracy is great, even with dogs barking in the background of my recordings. The transcriptionist is also very responsive to corrections and style recommendations. The change from my illegible chicken-scratch to a typed report has been noticed, and greatly appreciated, by all my clients.
In summary, I have been very happy with Central Valley Transcription and would highly recommend them to anyone shopping for veterinary medical transcription service.

Dear Colleagues:
Here is a short testimonial in support of Pamela Flutie and Central Valley Transcription Service. It takes me, on average, about 3-5 minutes to dictate a referral letter via phone to CVT. Within 24 hours, I have the letter emailed to my office computer where I proof / modify the contents, print it out, and fax it to the RDVM. I also have a hard copy mailed to the referring veterinarian to insure receipt of the report. Total time spent on each letter is around 8-10 minutes. Given my primitive typing skills, this has been a significant time saver for me. The CVT transcriptionists are very accurate and rarely make mistakes from a spelling standpoint. If theres a problem, its usually me doing a lousy job dictating. All in all, CVT provides an excellent service! I highly recommend them.
