We are no longer offering the toll-free dictation services in an effort to keep rising costs down!  We have not raised our rates in over 4 years, and in order to continue to provide excellent services with fast turnaround times and high-quality transcription, we made the decision to work strictly with client-owned digital voice recorders.  These voice files can be sent to us as an email attachment or uploaded to an FTP server, and the completed files are returned to you in the same manner.  This allows us to hold our rates and to insure fast turnaround times.  (24-48 hours is considered standard turnaround, faster turnaround is available for an additional fee.)
